2、灸治疗的基础上，治疗组采用疏密波电针治疗，对照组采用连续波电针治疗，治疗4周，3个月后随访，按中医辨证分型统计疗效。结果治疗3个月后，两组患者血脂、瘦素水平均下降(P<0．05)，治疗组各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0．05)。与其他证型相比，脾胃虚弱型治疗效果最佳(P<0．05)。结论疏密波电针治疗血脂瘦素异常的肥胖病效果优于连续波电针，脾胃虚弱型疗效最优。【关键词】肥胖病；血脂；瘦素；电针波型；雷火灸【中图分类号】R585．25【文献标识码】A【文章编号】0253—4304(2014)04—0436—03DoI：10．11675／j．issn．0253．4304．2014．04．08Efe
