2、铂，治疗组在此方案基础上加用艾迪注射液。比较2组患者治疗2个周期后的临床疗效、Karnofsky评分和毒副反应。结果2组患者临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义；治疗后，治疗组患者Karnofsky评分及体质量增加患者的百分率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。治疗组胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论艾迪注射液联合培美曲塞和顺铂可显著改善晚期肺腺癌患者的生活质量，减轻化疗毒副反应。关键词：艾迪注射液；培美曲塞；顺铂；肺腺癌中图分类号：R734．2文献标志码：A文章编号：1672—2353(20
