1、窑工作探讨窑中国医药导报2015年6月第12卷第18期奥硝唑、氢氧化钙联合洗必泰用于根管内封药的临床疗效杨斌斌浙江省乐清市第三人民医院口腔科袁浙江乐清325604[摘要]目的探讨奥硝唑尧氢氧化钙尧洗必泰三种根管消毒药物合用的临床效果遥方法选取2013年2月耀2014年2月在乐清市第三人民医院门诊就诊并经X线片和临床检查确诊为慢性尖周炎或伴有阴影的需要治疗的138例患者袁将其分为A尧B尧C三组遥三组患者首先在牙失活后或者是局部麻醉基础上去髓袁并用Protaper根管进行根管预备袁使用生理盐水以及3%的双氧水冲洗根管并使用
2、无菌纸捻尖吸干根管内液体遥A组使用甲醛甲酚棉球髓封腔后用氧化锌暂封袁B组将氢氧化钙注射到根管内部袁C组将奥硝唑粉和氢氧化钙混合药物导入到根管内袁然后插入含有洗必泰的胶尖到根管根尖并压紧遥比较三组治疗有效率遥结果A组显效率为91.3%袁B组显效率为75.6%袁C组显效率为97.9%袁A尧C组与B组显效率比较袁差异均有统计学意义渊均P约0.05冤遥结论奥硝唑尧氢氧化钙以及洗必泰作为根管消毒药物袁效果显著袁值得推广遥[关键词]奥硝唑曰氢氧化钙曰洗必泰曰根管内封药曰临床疗效[中图分类号]R783.1[文献标识码]A[文章编号]
