1、内斟2013年12月第8卷第6期583超声直方图定量技术在酒精性脂肪肝中医疗效评价中的应用周琛刘雪玲伍业冬李坚雷蓓(广西中医药大学第一附属医院超声科，南宁市530023)【摘要】目的探讨超声直方图定量测定方法在酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)中医疗效评价中的应用价值。方法选取临床确诊为酒精性脂肪肝(痰瘀互结型)患者60例，随机分成中药组30例，西药组30例，并选取健康志愿者30例为健康对照组，中药组接受以健脾化浊、行气化瘀为主的中医治疗，西药组给予维生素B、B2、B6及叶酸口服。观察两组患者药物治疗前后肝脏感兴趣区超声直方图灰阶值A及血清学

2、指标(AST、ALT、AST／ALT、GGT)的变化。结果治疗前，中药组、西药对照组间各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；两组分别与健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。治疗12周后，中药组灰阶值A、AST、GGT及西药对照组AST低于治疗前(P<0．05)；中药组灰阶值A、GGT低于西药对照组(P<0．05)。结论超声直方图定量测定与血清生化指标在反映酒精性脂肪肝中医疗效上有较好的一致性。【关键词】超声直方图；定量；灰阶值；酒精性脂肪肝【中图分类号】R575【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1673-7768(201
