2、。结果表明:插田泡叶的营养价值最高,氨基酸含量达6020ms/100g,香气味觉氨基酸含量达3335ms/100g,蛋白质、维生素C、粗纤维和脂肪含量依次为2758.59、2208.26、8.87s/100g和5070.42ms/100g;矿物质元素含量丰富。插田泡叶营养价值、香气味觉品质远高于青茶叶,且其中砷、汞、铅的含量均低于食品卫生标准的限量规定,但插田泡叶的营养价值远低于青饲料的营养要求。插田泡叶可作为悬钩子属植物药茶开发利用,但不能作为饲料开发利用。关键词:悬钩子属;插田泡;粗叶悬钩子;高粱泡;叶子;营养成分;利用价值中图分类号:Q949.751.8:Q949.91文献标识码:ANu
