2、乳腺病变的性质及程度，分析乳腺肿块的声像图特征。结果超声SRI联合THI较二维基波成像+SRI更能清晰显示病变的边界(95．6％YS83．3％，P<0．01)，但两者在清晰显示内部回声(88．9％s86．7％)方面比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论SRI联合THI技术能精确区分组织边界，提高对比差异及空间分辨力，使超声图像更接近于解剖结构，有利于乳腺病变的特征显示。【关键词】乳腺病变；超声检查；斑点抑制成像；组织谐波成像【中图分类号】R445．1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2013
