5、DITIONS1.1DEFINITIONS&INTERPRETATIONInthisAgreement,unlessthecontextotherwiserequires,thefollowingexpressionsshallhavethefollowingmeanings:“Affiliate”shallmeananyentitycontrolling,controlledbyorundercommoncontrolwithapartyhereto,where‘control’meansthedirectorindirectownershipofmorethan
