1、CooperationAgreementPartyA：NRW.INVESTChina/BeijingPartyB：QingdaoCenterforInternationalTradeandEconomicDevelopmentThisAgreementismadeandenteredintobytheNRW.INVESTChina/Beijing,referredtoas“PartyA”andtheQingdaoCenterforInternationalTradeandEconomicDevelopme

2、ntreferredtoas“PartyB”.ThisAgreementconcernsthecooperationof“PartyA”and“PartyB”onNRW.INVESTseminartobeheldinQingdaoonDecember1,2011.I.LiabilityandObligationofPartyA1.BeresponsiblefordeterminingQingdaoHotelaspromotionplace.2.Payfortheirownhotelexpenses.3.H

3、oldtheseminarinaccordancewiththedeterminedtimeinthemorningofDecember1andcommunicatewithPartyBtodeterminetheseminarschedule.4.BeresponsibleforprovidingthenecessarywrittenmaterialsoftheseminartoPartyB.5.Payfortheadditionalcostsincurredduringtheseminarsuchas

4、alcoholicbeverages,etc.II.LiabilityandObligationofPartyB1.Beresponsibleforrecruitingmembersforseminarwithatargetenterprisenumber40.2.BeresponsiblefordistributingandmailingofSeminarinvitations(info.providedbyPartyA)tolocalcompaniessoastotimelyinformpotenti

5、alseminarattendantsofbackgroundandagendaofthisevent.Otherpromotionmethodsdeemedsuitableshouldalsobeadoptedaccordingly.ThelistofthosewhohaveconfirmedattendanceinreplyshouldbeprovidedtoPartyA.(Informationincludedinthelistarename/title/companyname/address/te

6、l/fax).3.BeresponsibleforinvitingofficialfromQingdaoCCPIT/QingdaoCCOICtoattendtheseminarandgivethewelcomespeech.4.Arrangementoftwopersonneltoassistinseminarpreparation,co-ordinationandreceptiondesk.5.Beresponsibleforinviting5localmedia(includingnewspapers

7、andtelevisionstations,etc.)toreporttheseminar.2I.OnfeesAsagreedbythetwosides,PartyAshallpayRMB53,380toPartyBasseminarfee（ie.RMB32,380）andservicefee（ie.RMB21，000）.Theservicefeewillbepaidintwoinstallments.Thefirstpaymentseminarfee（ie.RMB32,380）and50%oftotal

8、servicefee(ie.RMB10,500)willbemadebywiretransfertothePartyB’sbankaccountwithin5workingdaysafterthedateofcontractsigning.Thesecondpaymenttheremaining50%ofservicefee(ie.RMB10,500)willbemadewithin5workingdaysaftertheen
