5、000cubicmeters.Thenationaltotalof638900lakeswaterinlet,theearth'ssurfaceandundergroundwatersourceisrespectively1.17and1847.China'spercapitawaterresourcesisonly2100cubicmeters,only28%oftheworld'spercapita.Inthenorthernregion,waterresourceisveryshortage,theYellowRiver,huaiheriver,haihe
6、riverthreepercapitawaterresourcesquantityrespectivelyforthenationalaverageofonly30.1%,21.6%and12.9%.China'spercapitafreshwaterresourcesisonlyaquarteroftheworld'saverage,ranked110intheworld,isoneofthepoorestcountriesintheworldpercapitawaterresources.Availablewaterresourcespercapitaiso
