1、第32卷第2期大豆科学V01.32No.22013正4月SOYBEANSCIENCEApr.2013污水灌溉对大豆幼苗生理生化特性和根际微生物功能类群的影响葛红莲,张福丽(刷口师范学院生命科学系,河南周口466001)摘要:为更加科学合理地利用污水灌溉农田,分别以100%、50%、33.3%和25%的污水及全清水(CK)浇灌盆栽大豆,研究不同浓度的污水浇灌对大豆幼苗生理生化特性及根际微生物生理类群的影响。结果显示:低浓度的污水可增加Ⅱ干‘绿素含量,激活SOD、CAT活性,促进硝化细菌、固氮菌和纤维素分
2、解菌的生长,抑制反硝化细菌和氨化细菌的生长;高浓度污水可显著降低叶绿素含量和SOD、CAT活性,抑制硝化细菌、固氮菌和纤维素分解菌的生长,刺激反硝化细菌和氨化细菌的生长繁殖,促进MDA的积累和膜透性增加。多项指标以污水浓度为33.3%一50.0%时的增效作用最为明显。关键词:污水灌溉;大豆;生理生化特性;微生物功能类群中图分类号:$565.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-9841(2013)02-0216-04EfectofSewageIrrigationonSomePhysiological-b
