2、I的乙烯利水剂对大豆进行喷施处理,探讨乙烯对大豆花粉育性的调节作用.结果表明,外源乙烯处理后,大豆植株的成花量与花粉数量极显著低于对照,而花粉败育率极显著高于对照,外源乙烯处理对大豆花粉育性的抑制作用十分明显;乙烯利与对照处理基因的差异表达谱及实时定量PCR研究结果表明,细胞应答饥饿、花粉管生长、花粉外壁形成等多个大豆花粉发育相关基因的表达出现显著差异;相同时间段相比,乙烯处理的花芽组织中可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、超氧化物歧化酶与过氧化物酶活性显著低于对照,而丙二醛含量显著高于对照.本研究为外源乙烯制剂调控大豆育性研究提供了理论依据.关键词大豆;
