1、小柴胡汤合升降散在慢性乙型肝炎中疗效观察[摘要]目的探讨小柴胡汤合升降散在慢性乙型肝炎中的疗效。方法选取2008年1月〜2011年1月84例慢性乙型肝炎患者,将其随机分为对照组(西医治疗组)42例和观察组(小柴胡汤合升降散组)42例,对两组总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的血流动力学、免疫球蛋白及其补体水平进行统计及比较。结果观察组临床总有效率(97.62%)高于对照组(88.09%),不良反应发生率(0)低于对照组(14.28%),血流动力学[门静脉内径(1.07±0.08)cm、门静脉血流速度(17.02±1.72)cm/s、门静脉血流量(881.43±12
2、5.70)mL/min]、免疫球蛋白及其补体[IgA(2.70±0.23)g/L.IgG(10.52±1.23)g/L、IgM(0.91±0.14)g/L、C3(1.39±0.18)g/L、C4(0.30±0.04)g/L]均优于对照组[门静脉内径(1.18±0.10)cm、门静脉血流速度(15.43±1.68)cm/s、门静脉血流量(921.33±117.86)mL/min、IgA(3.02土0.20)g/L、IgG(11.98土1.20)g/L、IgM(0.80±0.15)g/L,C3(0.93±0.15)g/L.C4(0.22±0.04)g/L],差异均有统
