2、5．2014．03．016文章编号：1671-4695(2014)03—0206—03玻璃纤维桩核和铸造金属桩核在残根残冠保存修复中的临床对比研究吴国麟(如皋市人民医院口腔科江苏如皋226500)【摘要】目的探讨玻璃纤维和铸造金属两种桩核在残根残冠保存修复中的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2012年3月至2013年3月残根残冠保存修复患者64例患牙8O例，按随机数字表将其分为两组，每组均为32例40颗患牙。对照组采用铸造金属桩制作桩核，然后进行金属烤瓷全冠修复；观察组采用用玻璃纤维桩制作桩核，然后进行金属烤瓷全冠修复。修复后随访6～24个月，观

3、察和比较两组的临床疗效及并发症。结果玻璃纤维桩核修复组显效率和总有效率达到68．75％和96．875％，显著高于铸造金属桩核修复组(P<0．05)，而无效率仅为3．125％，显著低于铸造金属桩核修复组(P<0．05)；总并发症率为7．50％，显著低于铸造金属桩核修复组(P<0．05)。结论采用玻璃纤维桩核行残根残冠保存修复能显著提高修复的成功率，降低并发症的发生，临床效果和安全性显著优于铸造金属桩核。【关键词】残根残冠修复玻璃纤维桩核铸造金属桩核Acomparativestudyon#assfiberpost—and—coreandcast
