1、针灸临床杂志2010年第26卷第01期·39·文献研究3针刺治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效的系统评价12△111王再岭,傅立新,熊俊,祁营洲,李胜(11天津中医药大学,天津300193;21天津中医药大学第一附属医院,天津300193)摘要:目的:评价国内针刺治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效。方法:计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方数据库、CBM,手工检索天津中医药大学图书馆过刊资料库及相关会议论文集,收集国内针刺治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床随机对照试验,由两名评价者独立提取资料并进行方法学质量评估。统计学分析采用RevMan412110软件,并进行失安全数分析;用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结
2、果:共纳入11个随机对照试验(共1053例)。Meta分析结果显示,有效率:电针与非针刺(RR=2110,95%CI[1179,2145])、毫针与非针刺(RR=1129,95%CI[1119,1,40]),针刺组优于对照组。失安全数分析显示评价结果较为稳定;漏斗图图形不对称,考虑存在发表性偏倚。结论:针刺在治疗脑卒中后尿失禁方面具有较好的效果,但尚需要更多高质量的随机双盲对照试验来进一步证实针刺治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效。关键词:针刺;脑卒中;尿失禁;随机对照试验;系统评价中图分类号:R264.2文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-0779(2010)01-0039-0
