1、2014年6月5日第23卷第11期中目荔·临床医药·Vo1．23，No．11，June5，2014ChinaPharmaceuticalsClinicalMedicine倍美力软膏联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎32例陈莉(四川省绵阳市第三人民医院妇产科，四川绵阳621000)摘要：目的观察倍美力软膏联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将在医院接受治疗的64例萎缩性阴道炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各32例，研究组采用倍关力软膏联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗，对照组单独采用倍美力软膏治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后

2、，研究组的外阴、阴道症状较改善程度均优于对照组(=3．99，4．Ol，5．88，4．72，P<0．05)；研究组患者白带异常率为3．13％，明显低于对照组的15．63％(=4．03，P<0．05)，萎缩性阴道炎症状评分、阴道健康评分与对照组比较有明显差异(t=3．98，3．54，P<0．05)，雌二醇(E)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、子宫内膜厚度与对照组比较有明显差异(t=5．98，4．88，3．72，P<0．05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，无明显差异。结论倍美力软膏联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效显著，不良反应小，值得临
