2、采用基础治疗,观察组则加载低分子肝素治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者间肺功能指标、甲襞微循环指标和氧代谢状态指标差异。结果:治疗后3d、7d,观察组肺功能指标FEV1%、TLC、PIMAX和PEMAX显著高于对照组,而FRC则显著低于对照组;甲襞微循环指标管襻形态积分、血流状态积分、襻周状态积分、总积分显著低于对照组,而毛细血管流速则显著快于对照组;氧代谢状态指标CaO、DO、PaO显著高于对照组,而VO和ca—vO则显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:低分子肝素通过降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,COPD)并呼吸衰竭患者的血液黏度,增
