1、14现代医院2015年6月第l5卷第6期专业技术篇ModemHospitalJun2015Vol15No6肺炎支原体感染与哮喘相关性的分析马艳芳王锐万昕CORRELATIONANALYSISOFMYCOPLASMAPNEUMONlAEINFECTIONANDASTHMAMA咖，WANGRui，WAN【摘要】目的探讨肺炎支原体感染和支气管哮喘相关性，为支气管哮喘的诊治提供理论依据。方法选取在我院就诊的支气管哮喘患儿54例作为观察组，选取同期就诊的单纯上呼吸道感染患儿54例作为对照组。两组患儿均行嗜酸性粒细胞计数、白细胞介素一13(IL一13)、免疫球蛋白IgE以及肺炎支原体抗体(MP—Ig

2、M)的检测。对比两组患儿的MP—IgM检测阳性率。根据观察组MP—IgM检测结果分为MP—IgM阳性组和MP—IgM阴性组，对比MP—IgM阳性组、MP—IgM阴性组和对照组患儿的嗜酸性粒细胞计数、IL一13以及IgE的检测结果。结果观察组MP—IgM检测的阳性率为75．93％，对照组MP—IgM检测的阳性率为27．78％，观察组显著高于对照组(P<0．05)；MP—IgM阳性组、MP—IgM阴性组的嗜酸性粒细胞计数、IL—l3水平和IgE水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0．05)；MP—IgM阳性组的嗜酸性粒细胞计数水平为(538．184-41．63)x10。／L，IL一13水平为(253

3、．27±40．36)ng／L，IgE水平为(327．13±56．91)kU／L，均显著高于MP—IgM阴性(均P<0．05)。结论哮喘的发病与肺炎支原体的感染有关，临床应加强哮喘患儿的肺炎支原体检测，并加强肺炎支原体的抗感染治疗。【关键词】肺炎支原体支气管哮喘相关性【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretherelationshipbetweenMycoplasmapneumoniaeinfectionandbronchialasthma，andprovideatheoreticalbasisforthediagnosisandtreatmentofbronchiala
