2、用，且对缓解建设资金困难、促进城市可持续发展带来巨大的贡献。通过技术整合与方法创新，提升沿线站点周边的综合价值，实现轨道交通项目自身平衡。研究结论：(1)资本金在铁路建设期前两年开始使用，综合开发收益一般在铁路建成后获得，存在时间差，开发收益无法直接用于本项目的资本金；(2)开发收益可用于弥补本项目运营期现金流缺口；(3)开发收益如足够多，能将收益作为其他铁路项目的资本金进行投资，在项目较多、建设期安排较为宽松的情况下，能够满足再投资的要求；(4)该研究成果对于其他区域及项目的综合开发研究有指导意义。关键词
