3、化了管柱结构,设计研发了智能注入阀及配套工具,实现了测调工作筒与配水器一体化结构并通过电缆实现供电与实时信号传输,具有水嘴连续可调、测试数据实时直读,分层调配及参数实时监测功能,缩短测试、调配时间,提高测调效率和测试资料准确率等优点。现场试验表明,电缆永置智能测调新技术可较好地满足海上油田大斜度井、水平井精细化分层注水的需求,具有较好的应用推广价值,可为深水油田开发智能完井技术研究奠定基础。关键词海上油田;电缆永置;注入阀;智能分层测调;测调效率中图分类号:TE5357.6+2文献标识码:AAnewintelligenttes
