2、测。结果老年住院患者营养不良和可能营养不良出现率分别为20．6％、55．4％。营养良好者占24％。实验室检查血浆白蛋白水平和淋巴细胞计数显示老年住院患者营养不良发生率分别为40％、69％，MNA与体质指数、上臂肌围、三头肌皮褶厚度与血浆白蛋白水平均呈显著正相关(r值分别为0．451、0．195、0．282、0．32)。结论老年住院患者营养不良发生率高，建议应用MNA问卷进行营养筛查，及早进行营养干预【关键词】微型营养评定法；人体测量；实验室检查；老年人【中图分类号】R153．3【文献标志码】A【文章编号】1008—
