1、·300·ChineseJReparativeandReconstructiveSurgery,2002,Vol16(5)聚磷酸钙纤维体内降解及组织相容性实验#赵琳孙正义【摘要】目的研究人工合成聚磷酸钙纤维体内降解及组织相容性,为肌腱组织工程材料研究提供部分实验依据。方法聚磷酸钙纤维束和对照材料碳纤维在20只SD大鼠肢体对称部位的皮下、肌肉、肌腱内植入。术后1个月观察实验鼠的日常活动;术后当日,4、8、12、16及20周行X线片检查;术后4、8、12、16及20周取出材料,行肉眼观察、组织切片,HE染色。结果X线片及组织切片证实聚磷酸钙纤维在肌肉内约16周完全降解,肌腱、皮下约20周完全降
2、解,降解产物无局部沉积现象;而对照碳纤维在实验中未观察到明显降解。聚磷酸钙纤维周围组织内淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞明显少于碳纤维周围,且与周围增生组织相融合程度亦优于碳纤维。结论聚磷酸钙纤维在体内16~20周可完全降解,组织相容性优于碳纤维。【关键词】聚磷酸钙纤维体内降解组织相容性EXPERIMENTOFHISTOCOMPATIBILITYANDDEGRADATIONINVIVOOFARTIFICIALMATERIALCALCI-UMPOLYPHOSPHATEFIBERöZHAOLin,SUNZheng2yi.OrthopedicInstitute,LanzhouMedicalCollege.La
