2、间桥面板采用匹配预制工艺,并通过钢梁反拱为桥面板提供横向预应力。为验证该桥组合梁整体节段匹配制造工艺可行性、掌握梁段经历横向反拱后的回弹规律,选取5个梁段进行组合梁足尺模型试验,并与有限元模型理论值进行对比分析。结果表明:所采用的整体节段匹配制造工艺及横向反拱设备是可行的;钢梁反拱至17~18mm时可为桥面板预存1.5~3MPa压应力,梁段在经历横向反拱过程后,将为组合梁节段桥位横向匹配连接累积不大于1.5mm的不利误差,这些数据将为实桥后续梁段匹配制造及安装施工参数的确定提供依据。关键词:斜拉
