1、·40·医药杂志2014年2月第26卷第2期Med&Phar!::三!:·论著·参黄液对大鼠肢体动脉缺血治疗作用的初步研究刘振川,孙岩,何玉祥,刘洋,周华,王茂华,袁海,金星[摘要]目的研究参黄液对大鼠肢体动脉缺血的治疗作用及机制。方法采用股动脉注射月桂酸的方法建立大鼠后肢缺血模型,将90只造模成功的Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、75%乙醇治疗组(B组)和参黄液治疗组(c组),每组3O只,A组不做任何处理,B、c组分别用75%乙醇、参黄液浸泡造模侧后肢,早晚各1次,每次15min。于造模后第21天观察大鼠后肢缺血程度;取后肢肌肉标本行平均微血管密度(MV
2、D)检测,应用免疫组化SABC法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)相关抗原的表达情况。结果与A、B组比较,c组造模侧后肢缺血程度明显减轻(P<0.05,P<0.O1),MVD及VEGF蛋白表达水平均明显升高(P<0.05);A、B组造模侧后肢缺血程度、MVD及VEGF蛋白表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参黄液可以调节VEGF蛋白的表达,促进毛细血管生成,有效改善大鼠肢体动脉缺血,防止肢端坏疽和继发感染。[关键词]参黄液;投药,皮肤;肢体;缺血;毛细血管;血管内皮生长因子;大鼠,Wistar[中国图书资料分类号]R一332;R364.12[文献标志码】A[文
