1、临床肺科杂志2011年7月第16卷第7期抗纤维化治疗对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中头孢噻肟浓度的影响陈峰【摘要】目的观察抗肺纤维化药物对支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中头孢噻肟浓度的影响。方法将90只Wister雄性大鼠随机分成五组，即正常对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、干扰素组(c组)、盐酸氨溴索组(D组)、地塞米松组(E组)各18只，除A组外均采用气管内注入博来霉素的方法制作肺间质纤维化模型。造模后c、D、E组分别每天腹腔内注入一干扰素3万IU／只、盐酸氨溴索7me／只、地塞米松0．1ms／只。各组分别于给药后第7、14、28天，每次取6只大

2、鼠，鼠尾静脉注射头孢噻肟600ms／ks后行支气管肺泡灌洗，取BALF采用液相色谱一质谱联用法测定头孢噻肟浓度，并取肺组织做病理观察。结果第7天D组、E组BALF头孢噻肟浓度低于B组，c组高于B组，E组与B组有显著性差异(P=0．012)。第14天D组、E组BALF头孢噻肟浓度升高，而c组下降，三组均高于B组，D组与B组有显著性差异(P=0．000)。第28天E组头孢噻肟浓度继续升高，明显高于其他各组，而D组锐降，c组继续下降，且均低于B组，c、E组与B组有显著性差异。结论地塞米松可提高纤维化期BALF中头孢噻肟的浓度。【关键词】肺间质纤
