2、盐水。c组每天腹腔内注入盐酸氨溴索35ms／kg。分别于给药后第7、14、28天，各组每次取6只大鼠，鼠尾静脉注射头孢噻肟(600mg／kg)后行支气管肺泡灌洗，灌洗液采用液相色谱一质谱联用法测定头孢噻肟的浓度，并取肺组织做病理观察。结果第7天C组BALF头孢噻肟浓度低于B组，差异无统计学意义(P=0．164)，第14天c组BALF头孢噻肟浓度上升，c组与B组的差异有统计学意义(P=0．000)。第28天C组锐降，低于B组，差异无统计学意义(P：0．126)。结论盐酸氨溴索可提高肺纤维化初期BALF中头孢噻肟的浓度。【关键词】肺间质纤维化；盐酸
