2、盐水。c组每天腹腔内注入盐酸氨溴索35ms/kg。分别于给药后第7、14、28天,各组每次取6只大鼠,鼠尾静脉注射头孢噻肟(600mg/kg)后行支气管肺泡灌洗,灌洗液采用液相色谱一质谱联用法测定头孢噻肟的浓度,并取肺组织做病理观察。结果第7天C组BALF头孢噻肟浓度低于B组,差异无统计学意义(P=0.164),第14天c组BALF头孢噻肟浓度上升,c组与B组的差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。第28天C组锐降,低于B组,差异无统计学意义(P:0.126)。结论盐酸氨溴索可提高肺纤维化初期BALF中头孢噻肟的浓度。【关键词】肺间质纤维化;盐酸
