2、灸组6组。采用免疫学方法,并加局部刺激制备实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。隔药灸组、隔姜灸组、隔蒜灸组和温和灸组取天枢穴(双)、气海穴,分别施以相应的治疗,连续治疗14次。疗程结束后,分别观察各组动物的体重、大便、结肠大体形态及组织病理学改变、结肠黏膜黏蛋白分泌情况。结果:溃疡性结肠炎大鼠体重增长缓慢,出现腹泻症状;病理学观察可见溃疡形成;结肠黏膜中性黏蛋白和酸性黏蛋白分泌减少,与正常组比较具有显著差异(P<0.01)。隔药灸组、隔姜灸组、隔蒜灸组、温和灸组经相应治疗后,大鼠体重增加,腹泻症状得到明显改善,结肠肠壁各层结构明显改善。除温和
3、灸组溃疡面尚未愈合外,隔药灸组、隔姜灸组、隔蒜灸组溃疡面已经基本愈合。结肠黏膜中性黏蛋白和酸性黏蛋白分泌上调,与模型组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:隔药灸、隔姜灸、隔蒜灸、温和灸可以通过调节黏蛋白表达,起到修复UC大鼠结肠损伤的作用。关键词:溃疡性结肠炎;大鼠;不同灸法;黏蛋白;组织病理学中图分类号:R245.8文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-7717(2010)08-1590-05TheRegulatingEffectonDifferentMoxibustionforColonicMucosaMucininRa
