1、2010年8月第7卷第8期ChinJMedUltrasound(ElectronicEdition)，t2012：．临床研究．三维超声重建及断层超声显像对眼眶肿瘤诊断的应用价值席梅侯世科杨新吉李欣寇海燕【摘要】目的通过研究三维超声、断层超声显像(TUI)在眼眶肿瘤的成像特点，初步探讨三维超声重建对眼眶肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法观察41例眼眶肿瘤三维超声成像特点，利用TUI技术立体观察肿瘤内部结构及视神经的走行，观察肿瘤血流灌注及血供来源。结果41例眼眶肿瘤中三维超声不仅能显示11例球后肿瘤轮廓和毗邻关系，冠状切面还能清晰显示视神经平行和被包绕关系

2、，联合断层超声显像还能显示视神经在肿瘤内走行；27例球旁肿瘤中22例肿瘤体积较小者可以显示肿瘤轮廓；3例同时累及球后及球旁的较大肿瘤中1例因眼球突出明显，能清晰显示鼻侧眶骨骨质破坏及肿瘤的侵袭。结论三维超声辅助断层超声成像较二维超声能提供更丰富的眼眶肿瘤信息，对设计手术方案及优化手术人路有指导价值。【关键词】三维成像；超声检查；眼眶肿瘤；断层超声显像Theclinicalapplicationofthree-dimensionalultrasoundreconstructionandvirtualorgancomputer-aidanalysiso
