1、时珍国医国药2007年第18卷第6期LISHIZHENMEDICINEANDMATERIAMEDICARESEARCH2007VOL.18NO.6一氧化氮与内皮素在冠心康胶囊对实验性急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌损伤保护中的作用121潘志,段富津,魏雄辉(1.北京大学化学与分子工程学院,北京100871;2.黑龙江中医药大学,黑龙江哈尔滨150040)摘要:目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)在冠心康胶囊保护大鼠心肌损伤中的作用。方法将30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌损伤模型组和冠心康胶囊治疗组,每组10只。实验中监测各组大鼠心电、心肌酶(CK,CK2
2、MB,LDH)变化,同时观察血清和心肌组织匀浆中NO和ET水平的改变。结果冠心康胶囊治疗组可显著降低心肌缺血大鼠心电图ST-T段变化值,治疗组的心肌酶(CK,CK2MB,LDH)水平较模型组明显降低(P<0.01);血清和心肌组织匀浆中NO明显升高,而血清和心肌组织匀浆中ET含量明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论冠心康胶囊能明显减轻急性心肌缺血心肌损害,能提高血清及心肌组织的NO水平,并降低ET的水平;NO和ET的变化可能是其防治心肌损伤的重要机制之一。关键词:一氧化氮;内皮素;冠心康胶囊;急性心肌缺血;心肌损伤中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:A文章编号:100820805(2
