1、12OChineseJournalofRehabilitation，April2010，Vo1．25No．2中西结合呼吸康复训练对COPD患者肺功能及生存质量的影响徐远红，王俊华，杨凤翔，何小珍【摘要】目的：探讨中西结合治疗及呼吸康复训练对慢阻肺(COPD)患者肺功能及生存质量的影响。方法：8O例COPD患者随机分为A、B、C、D4组各2o例，A组单纯药物治疗fB组配合传统中医气功训练；C组配合现代呼吸肌训练；D组综合前3组的方法综合治疗。训练前及训练后1、3、6及12个月时评定4组患者肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1pre，

2、FEV／FVC)及COPD生存质量问卷(CRQ)调查。结果：A组训练前及训练后各时间段肺功能指标及CRQ各项评分均无明显改变。B、C、D组训练后1及3个月时各项评定指标与治疗前比较无明显改善；iJlI练后6个月各项指标均明显优于治疗前。与B、c组比较，D组表现更显著(P<0．05)。B组cRQ单因子情感评分高于C组(P
