1、陕西医学杂志2013年12月第42卷第12期1631不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对急性心肌梗死高敏C一反应蛋白的影响陕西省铜川市矿务局中心医院心内科(铜川727000)任骞孙琦伟摘要目的：观察不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者高敏C一反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的影响。方法：选取4O例健康者为正常对照组。40例急性心肌梗死患者为心梗组，并随机分为A组、B组各20例，在给予吸氧、抗凝、扩张冠脉血管等治疗的基础上，A组口服瑞舒伐他汀lOmg／d，B纽口服瑞舒伐他汀20mg／d，服药4周。比较治疗前心梗组与对照组hs—CRP水平，A组、B组治疗前后hs—CRP、血脂水平，并监测其不良反应。结果：
