6、takeawaythisverydriveandshuntheircreativity. Havingsaidthat,Idobelievethattheyneedtohavesomekindofincentives,itcanbeinthewayofappreciationandopportunitytopresenttheirtalenttotherestoftheworld. Thiscouldbedoneinvariousways,forinstance,givingtaxincentivestoamateurartistsandwritersorfinan
