4、ordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoflawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandthoseofthiscontract.3.Commissionedservicefees:ItreferstothetotalofvariousfeestobepaidtoPartyBbyPartyAaccordingtoAnnex2forthepersonnelserviceprovidedbyPartyBascalledforbytheannex.Chapter2Rig
5、htsandObligationsofPartyAArticle3PartyAshall,inaccordancewiththeLaborLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandotherlawsandregulations,exerciseitsrightsindependentlyinrespectofengagement,management,dismissalofstaffmembers,andshallindependentlybeartherisksandliabilityintheprocesso
6、femployingstaffmembers.Article4PartyAshallhavetherighttoaskPartyBtoprovidecorrespondingcommissionedservicesandshallinreturnpayPartyBthecommissionedservicefeeontimeasstipulatedintheAnnex2:ListofServicesItemsasentrustedbyPartyAandtheirCharges.Article5IncasePartyBhasanyactin
7、violationofthetermsofthiscontract,PartyAshallhavetherighttoraiseobjectioninwriting,demandingPartyBtofulfillitsobligationshereunder,andPartyBshall,withintenworkingdaysafterreceiptofletterofobjection,giveareplyinwritingtoPartyA.Article6WhenPartyAchangesthedomicileofitsregis
