2、cyequivalentcircuitmodelsofcableandstatorwindingareestablishedtosimulateover-voltageofmotorterminalsandunevenvoltagedistributionofwindings.Anovelhighfrequencyhighvoltagetestsystemhasbeendevelopedtocarryoutlifetimetestsoftractionmotorwindings.Changetendencyofdielectriclos

3、s,partialdischargeandthermallystimulatedcurrent(TSC)areusedtodeduceinsulationelectricbreakagemechanism.Highfrequencyequivalentcircuitmodelsofcableandstatorwindingareestablishedtosimulateovervoltageofmotorterminalsandunevenvoltagedistributionofwindings.Thesimulationresult

4、sshowthattheover-voltageisthefunctionofrisetime,cablelengthandreflectionratioonmotorterminals.Criticallengthandcriticalrisetimeiscorrespondingonetoone.Theover-voltageisuptothemaximumvalueaslongasthecablelengthisreaterthanthecriticallengthAnovelhighfrequencyhighvoltagetes

5、tsystemhasbeendevelopedinplaceofinverterstocarryoutinsulationagingtest.PulsesquarewavesaregeneratedbyIGBTandareenlargedbyhighfrequencyandhighvoltagetransformersinthedevice.Themaximumvalueofhighfrequencyandhighvoltagesquarewavesisupto10kV.Theresultsoflifetestsofmotorwindi

6、ngsindicatethatherelationshipofinsulationlifetimeandtheamplitudeofpulsesistheinversepowerlawmodel,therelationshipofinsulationlifetimeandthefrequencyofpulsesisexponentialmodelundercontinuouspulsescondition.Whenthetestambienttemperatureisbelow200℃，thetemperaturehaslittlein
