3、s,partialdischargeandthermallystimulatedcurrent(TSC)areusedtodeduceinsulationelectricbreakagemechanism.Highfrequencyequivalentcircuitmodelsofcableandstatorwindingareestablishedtosimulateovervoltageofmotorterminalsandunevenvoltagedistributionofwindings.Thesimulationresult
4、sshowthattheover-voltageisthefunctionofrisetime,cablelengthandreflectionratioonmotorterminals.Criticallengthandcriticalrisetimeiscorrespondingonetoone.Theover-voltageisuptothemaximumvalueaslongasthecablelengthisreaterthanthecriticallengthAnovelhighfrequencyhighvoltagetes
