2、andreliabilityoflocomotiverunning.However,PulseWidthModulation(PWM)whichwasinputfrominverterischaracterizedbysteeprisingedgeandhighfrequency,resultinginthetooearlyfailureofmotorinsulation.Presently,polyimidefilmcharacterizedbyhightemperatureresistance(400°C),lowtemperaturetolera
3、nce(-269°C),radiationresistanceandexcellentdielectricpropertieswidelyappliedinturntoturninsulationandturntogroundinsulationofinverter-fedmotorsisakindofbasicinsulatingmaterial.AstraditionaldesignmethodandtheoryforACmotorisnotcompletelysuitableforinverter-fedmotor,consequently,re
4、searchontheagingandfailuremechanismofinsulatingmaterialunderhighvoltagepulsecanprovidetheoreticalfoundationforthedesignofinverter-fedmotorinsulationstructureandprolongservicelife.Spacechargeplaysanimportantroleindamaginginsulationunderhighvoltagepulse.Developresearchworkinaccord
5、ancewithinfluenceofspacechargeonagingofinverter-fedmotorinsulationunderhighvoltagepulse.Firstly,constructagingandspacechargemeasurementsystem;measurespacechargeaccumulationthresholdfieldbetweencorona-resistant(lOOCR)andcommonpolyimidefilms(lOOHN)andanalyzetheinfluenceofaddingnan
6、o-particlesondielectricpropertyofinsulatingmaterial.Furthermore,spacechargedistributioninpolyimidefilmsunderdifferenttemperaturewasmeasured,basedonwhichspacechargecharacteristicsunderhighvoltagepulsewereresearched.Secondly,bymeansofScanningElectricalMicroscope(SEM),effectsofagin
7、gtimeandfrequencyonsurfaceandsectionmorphologywereanalyzed,basedonwhichthecausefornano-particlesimprovingcorona-resistantpropertywasresearched.Finally,conductexperiment,includingelectricalbreakdown,thermalbreakdownandelectricaltreebreakdown,onmagnetwires;meanwhilecombiningwithSE
