6、thenumberofvisits,andgetahigherinstructioncachehitrate,therebyimprovingtheperformanceoftheapplicationandenergyefficiency.BasedontheopensourceinstructionsetRISC-V,thispaperproposesacompressedISAforthenetworkpacketforwarding.Itisprovedbyexperimentthatthenewinstructions

7、etwhichcustomizedbythismethodhashighercompressionefficiencyandbettersystemperformanceforthenetworkpacketforwardingapplications.1.IntroductionWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofnetworktechnology,thenetworkspeedofthecurrentbackbonegenerallycanachieveto40Gbpsormore.Atthesame
