1、电针任督脉联合人脐带血间充质干细胞移植治疗脑缺血间充质干细胞移植于脑缺血人鼠脑内麻可分化为神经元样细胞和内皮细胞,上调血•管内皮生长因了的表达,从而促进血管新生和神经功能恢复。也同样有研究表明,长期针刺任督脉治疗脑缺血•也能达到较好的治疗效果。中国广州中医药大学附属深圳市中医院于海波教授所在课题组进行的一项研究分离、培养和鉴定了人脐带血间充质干细胞,注射于脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑内,并给予任督脉电针干预治疗。结果发现,与单独人脐带血•间充质干细胞移植相比,电针任督脉联合人脐带血间充质干细胞移植促进脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能恢复及血管新生的效果更好,二者具有协同作
