1、摘要摘要进入21世纪以来，网络经济的发展更加迅速，而经历了上个世纪末的网络经济泡沫以后，网络经济和网络企业也变得愈加的成熟。网络企业以其特有的高效、低成本的经营方式对传统企业和经济产生着巨大的冲击。同时，网络企业与传统企业有很多差异,在对新兴网络企业进行评估时，传统的价值评估方法遇到了极大的困难，传统的价值评估方法己不能适应新经济时代的网络企业。目前大多数关于网络企业价值评估的著述仅仅侧重于网络企业价值评估的某些方面，经过评估得出的网络企业价值往往与企业真实价值不符。本文所要探讨的内容就是在前人已有的研究基础上如

2、何对现有的对网络企业价值评估方法进行改进。本文从网络企业及其价值来源的特点入手，在分析了现有网络企业价值评估方法的缺点和不足之处的同时，提出网络企业价值评估应该将企业的价值看做是当前价值和未来价值之和的观点，并且充分考虑到了影响企业价值评估的各种内外因素，并为此采用模糊评判法和层次分析法对之分析，引入了一个参考系数，对网络企业价值评估结果进行修正。并且最后用一个实证来说验证该方法的应用。关键词：网络企业价值评估模糊评判法层次分析法AbstractAbstractSincethebeginningof21stcen
