1、提要目的：探讨关节镜下同种异体深冻肌腱单束（前内侧束）重建膝关节前交叉韧带的的临床应用价值。方法：2009年10月～2010年11月，关节镜下同种异体深冻肌腱单束（前内侧束）重建膝关节前交叉韧带患者25例。其中男16例，女9例；年龄14～44岁，平均年龄28.80岁；受伤到手术时间为5天～19年。结果：术后25例均获得随访，随访时间4～15个月，平均9.58个月。利用Lysholm评分标准和IKDC评分标准对患者的膝关节功能进行评估。手术前后得分差异均有显著性(P<0．01)。患者在术后均出现不同程度的患肢肌肉萎缩，肌力减退。随着功
