1、第29卷第2期无机化学学报V01.29No.22013年2月CHINESEJOURNALOFINORGANICCHEMISTRY374.380苯基噌啉铱配合物的合成及电致发光性质童碧海董超振张曼韩召张千峰(安徽工业大学冶金与资源学院,分子工程与应用化学研究所,马鞍山243002)摘要:合成了一种新型环金属铱㈣配合~(dpci)zIr(pic),通过核磁共振氢谱和飞行时间质谱对配合物的结构进行了确定,同时对其光物理性能和电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明(dpci)Ir(pic)4~.二氯甲烷巾的发光波长为657nm,量子产率约为0.005,磷光寿命为226ns其HOMO能级为一5.16eV.LU
2、MO能级为一3.16ev。将铱配合物以0.54.0%质量浓度掺杂于聚乙烯基咔P~(PVK)一2-(4一叔丁基苯1—5一f4一联苯基1—1,3,4一嗯二唑(PBD)中,通过旋涂成膜做成电致发光器件。掺杂2.0%的器件表现出最好的性能,电致发光波长为658nm器件的启明电压为11.5V,最大外量子效率为9.1%,最大亮度为2484cdm,对应的流明效率为5-3lcd.A色坐标是f0.66,0_311接近标准红色的色坐标。关键词:环金属铱㈣配合物;苯基噌啉;电致磷光;有机电致发光;三重态中图分类号:0641.825文献标识码:A文章编号:1001—4861(2o13)o2—0374—07DOI:1
