2、e铁基超导体需要隔绝空气的真空条件,反应温度通常超过800。C.本文采用LiCI/NaCI/KCl熔盐法在空气条件下得到口一FeSe铁基超导体.制备过程简单,不需要在真空条件下封管处理,熔盐的使用有效降低了反应温度,并阻止反应物和产物在空气中氧化.粉末X射线衍射和Rietveld分析结果表明产物纯度较高.电性和磁性测试表N/3一FeSe在8K附近有超导性出现.关键词:口一FeSe;铁基超导体;熔盐法:空气条件:X射线衍射中图分类号:0646;O611.4SynthesisofJB-FeSebySalt-FluxMethodunderAirAtmosphereYANGC
