1、2o16年第5期Science粕dTe盏m。tR。。啪hdoi：10．3969／j．issn．1000—7695．2016．05．012农业科研机构作物学科科技竞争力评价研究袁雪，刘敏娟，王婷，颜蕴(中国农业科学院农业信息研究所，北京100081)摘要：从作物学科领域的视角出发，以期建立一套反映农业科研机构科技竞争力的全面、规范、系统的评价方法，此方法可作为农业科研机构和高校作物学科科技竞争力的评判工具，也可为其它农业学科评价工作提供借鉴。综合运用文献计量和层次分析方法对中国作物学科科技竞争力水平进行评价研究。从学科发展基础、创新能力、产业影响三个角度出发，构建三层递阶架构的评价模型，通过

2、系统分析和筛选，最终确立16项评价指标，并基于这些指标建立学科科技竞争力评价体系。在此基础上，基于层次分析法计算各指标的合成权重。设计学科科技竞争力综合水平与分项水平的评价模型。利用该模型既可以进行机构学科综合竞争力水平的整体评价，也可以进行分项水平的具体评价。关键词：学科评价；科学计量；方法研究中图分类号：G250．252；G304文献标志码：A文章编号：1000—7695(2016)05—0057—04TheEvaluationResearchoftheCropSubjectCompetitivenessinScienceandTechnologyforAgriculturalRese

7、dresearch学科作为大学和科研机构基本学术单元和组织当前，国内外很多科研机构和专家学者均开展单元，是衡量一所机构综合实力的重要标志。机构科研评价研究相关工作J，但多以定性研究为主，间的竞争实质上是学科的竞争，而学科间竞争的核存在一定主观性，缺乏系统性强、可操作的、定量心是科技水平。科学合理的科技竞争力评价是机构的学科评价方法。另外，国内还鲜有针对农业科研摸清自身定位、把握学科发展态势、引导学科建设机构以及农业相关学
