2、opyofBankGuaranteeattached.5．酒店挂帐申请之条款规定如下：TermsandConditionsgoverningtheapplicationforcreditfacilitiesoftheHotelisstipulatedhereunder:a.申请表需一式两份填妥后送交财务部批准。ApplicationformshouldbecompletedinduplicateandtobesubmittedtoHotelAccountsOfficeforapproval.b.只有在酒店财务总监的批准下，挂帐才生效；换言之，公司在办理挂帐申请过程中，酒

3、店不予承认该挂帐帐户。CreditarrangementswillonlybeconsideredafterapprovalbytheControlleroftheHotel;thatis,creditswillnotbeconsideredduringtheprocessingstage.c.挂帐申请一经批准，申请表一份交还给申请人保留。Onceapproved,acopyoftheapplicationformwillbereturnedandretainedbyapplicant.2d.酒店只给以上（条款3）列的被授权人挂帐。如果有任何改变，申请公司须以书面形式通

4、知酒店。酒店也将以书面形式接受及告知申请公司，在酒店未答复之前，改变不予成立。Creditfacilitieswillonlybeextendedtotheauthorizedpersonnel,asenlistedinClause3,oftheApplicant.Shouldtherebeanychanges,Hotelmustbeinformedinwritingofsuchchanges,andacknowledgementwillbeissuedbytheHotelinwritingtotheApplicant.Changeswillnotbeeffectedp

5、riortotheissuanceofacknowledgementfromtheHotel.e.申请公司要负起被授权人所签的一切经济责任。TheApplicantisheldwhollyresponsibleforallliabilitiesanddebtsincurredbyitsauthorizedpersonnelfortheuseoftheHotel’sfacilitiesand/orservices.f.挂帐限额决定于保证金的多少，一旦公司发生额到达挂帐限额，公司应立即付款。在酒店未收到公司任何付款之前，酒店将不经过预先通知暂停其挂帐，直到收到款额为止才恢复

6、其挂帐帐户。TheceilingofthecreditextendedtotheApplicantdeterminedbytheamountofguaranteeeitherintheformofcashadvanceorbankingdocuments.TheAmountofwhichwillbepreciselywrittenontheapplicationformonceapproved.TheApplicantwillberequestedforIMMEDIATESETTLEMENToncetheamountincurredreachestheceilingof
