2、密的结合，使其应有的作用没有得到充分发挥。针对这种情况，研究分析了故障诊断的软件结构和状态监测的硬件结构，搭建了集成故障诊断的现场总线设备管理系统的软件平台，采用模块化的设计完成了设备管理系统的软件架构和在线监测诊断软件架构，进而开发出了集成状态监测和故障诊断的现场总线设备管理系统，目前该系统已经在辽宁某污水厂实际应用，实现了对现场设备的状态监测和故障诊断，为设备开展预测性维修提供了有效的管理平台，为企业的设备管理与维护节约了生产成本。关键词：故障诊断；现场总线设备管理系统；状态监测；软件架构中图分类号：TH16；TP391文献标识码：ATheApplicationofFa
