1、麦冬治疗妊娠期糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用及机制作者:李瑞满,秦佳佳,裴兆辉【摘要】目的:观察麦冬治疗妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用,研究其作用机制.方法:选妊娠10d大鼠,建立妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗动物模型,正常大鼠为对照组,随机将40只妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠分为4组(n=10):GDM组、GDM+麦冬组、GDM+罗格列酮和GDM+罗格列酮+麦冬组.观察用药前后血糖、胰岛素的变化,检测腹腔脂肪组织中TNFa与leptin的niRNA表达变化.结果:与对照组比较,GDM组大鼠空腹及餐后血糖与胰岛素较正常对照组明显升高(P
2、<0.05),TNFa与leptin的mRNA表达明显增加(P<0.05);与GDM组比较,麦冬治疗组、罗格列酮治疗组、罗格列酮+麦冬治疗组大鼠空腹及餐后血糖均下降(P<0.05),TNFa与leptin的mRNA表达明显降低(P<0.05);与麦冬治疗组比较,罗格列酮治疗组空腹及餐后血糖无明显变化(P>0.05),T肝ex与leptin的mRNA表达无明显变化(P>0.05),罗格列酮+麦冬治疗组空腹及餐后血糖明显下降(P<0.01),TNFex与leptin的mRN
