4、-WhereasClientdesirestoobtainthetechnicalconsultancyserviceoffromConsultantandConsultanthasagreedtoperformsuchservices.PHTheScopeofTechnicalServicesisdefinedinApp
5、endix1.卄TheTimeSchedulefortheServicesisshowninAppendix2.TheManningScheduleisdescribedinAppendix3.pppConsultemtshallcompletetheServiceswithinmonthsfromtheEffectiveDateofthisContractandfurnishthefinaltechnicalservicereport,includingdrawings,designingdocuments,allk
6、indsofstandardsandphotos,withinmonths.Consultantshallkeepaware,freeofcharge,Clientofthelatestdevelopmentofsimilarprojectsandanyprogressmadeinordertoimprovethedesigningoftheproject.Article2BothParties'ResponsibilityandLiability卄ClientshallfurnishtoConsultantthepe
7、rtinentdata,technicalservicereports,mapsandinformationavailabletohimandshallgivetoConsuItantthereasonableassistancenecessaryforcarryingoutofhisduties.ParticularlyClientshallnominateageneralrepresentativewhoshallbeavailablea/treasonabletime.hHClientshallassistCon
8、sultantwiththeresponsibleauthoritiesforobtainingvisas,workpermitsandotherdocumentsrequiredbyConsultanttoenterthecountryandtohaveaccesstotheSiteoftheProject.TheaboveexpensesshallbebornebyConsultant・卜卜卜Consultaritshallfurnishasufficientnumberofcompetentpersonnelto
