1、塑料工业第42卷第2期·98·CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY2014年2月顶空气相色谱一质谱法测定树脂工艺品中15种挥发性有机物术黄宗平,黄长春,黄丽,葛秀秀,林睿,涂星朋(厦门出入境检验检疫局,福建厦门361012)摘要:建立了树脂工艺品中15种挥发性有机物(VOC)残留量的顶空气相色谱一质谱(HS—GC。MS)方法。讨论了样品粒径和顶空基体对测定的影响;研究了顶空条件,包括平衡时间和平衡温度;对色谱参数和质谱条件进行了优化。经粉碎的样品在130oC、60min静态顶空后,选择HP-5色谱柱进行分离和质谱检测,可获得良好的定量结果。l5种VOC的定量限(LOQ
2、,S/N=10)在0.01—0,5g之间,线性范围在0.0l50g范围内,线性相关系数(尺)在0.990以上。15种VOC在3个添加水平下的回收率为79.3%一113.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.2%一7.9%。以所建立的方法对实际样品进行检测,结果表明,树脂工艺品中均存在一定量的各种挥发物,有的产品含高毒性苯达410Ixg/g、含1,2一二氯乙烷高达568g。所建立的方法快捷、灵敏、准确,适合于树脂工艺品中VOC的测定。关键词:气相色谱一质谱法;顶空;挥发性有机物;树脂工艺品DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005—5770.2014.02.023中图
