1、第42卷第5期塑料工业2014年5月CHINAPLAsTICSINDUsTRY·21·两步分散聚合法制备高交联PMMA微球杨景辉,张蔚,汪中进(华东理工大学超细粉末国家工程研究中心,上海200237)摘要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,乙醇和水为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用两步分散聚合法制备了单分散高交联的PMMA微球。研究了滴加开始时间、滴加持续时间、交联剂用量和交联剂种类对交联PMMA微球粒径和粒径分布的影响。结果表明:滴加开始时间在反应90rain之后,才能得到
2、交联PMMA微球,并且滴加开始时间越晚,微球的粒径越大,粒径分布变宽;随着滴加持续时间的延长,微球的粒径增大,粒径分布变窄;随着交联剂用量的增加,微球粒径增大,粒径分布变宽。对交联PMMA微球的性能进行分析测试,发现所制备的微球具有优异的耐溶剂性和热稳定性,不溶物含量最高达到90.43%。关键词:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球;高交联;单分散;两步分散聚合DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005—5770.2014.05.005中图分类号:TQ325.7文献标识码:A文章编号:1005—5770(2014)05—0021—04PreparationofHi
