2、耳穴贴压选神门、内分泌、皮质下、肝、胆、肺及相应病变部位所对应的耳穴，两耳交替贴穴，每日进行按压；穴位注射选足三里、内关、曲池、太冲，进针得气后注射VitB❷12注射液。定期记录患者疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、痛止时间。结果：综合组的平均疼痛缓解时间、止痛时间明显短于西药组(P<0.01)o综合组痊愈率为60.0%,愈显率为83.3%；西药组分别为28.6%、50.0%,2组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)o结论：耳穴贴压合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著、安全，值得临床推广应用。［主题词］耳穴贴压，王不留行；神经痛/穴位疗法；疱疹，带状/穴位
