1、中文摘要在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的国际大背景下，中韩两国作为亚洲两个重要的经济实体，相互间经济交往日益密切，尤其在投资领域发展迅猛。韩国将中国作为第二大投资对象，中国在“走出去”战略的推动下对韩国的投资也在逐步增加。可以想见，中韩两国在未来的投资领域将有更大的发展空间，但与此同时，两国的投资争端也不断涌现，这严重制约着中韩两国的在未来的发展与合作。一种及时、有效、公正、透明的国际投资争端解决机制，对两国来说其意义是不言而喻的。本文从中韩两国贸易和投资的现状出发，通过比较国际上比较重要的几个争端解决机制，分析各个机制的优劣势，从而对未来中韩投资争端解决机制提出自己的具体构想。关键词：中韩投
