2、矿率分别为2．1％、4．4％，治疗后6个月分别为4．2％、11．1％，两组差异无统计学意义(尸>0．05)；治疗后12个月观察组脱矿率为6．3％、明显低于对照组的20．O％，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；观察组不良反应发生率为10．4％，对照组为15．6％，组间差异无统计学意义(O．05)；观察组患者满意率为81．3％，明显高于对照组的60．O％，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论西湖非调伴型牙釉质粘接剂在El腔正畸中应用效果更佳，在满足临床正畸需求的同时能够减少脱矿的发生，提高患者满意度，应该作为首选的临床方案。[关键词
